ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Science without Borders (SWB) is a scholarship program of the Brazilian government whose goal is to send 100,000 Brazilians abroad to study science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at the world’s best universities.  In addition, it also provides support for researchers from the US interested in developing collaborations with Brazilian Scientists. The University of Florida is honored to be on the list of partner institutions for the SWB Program, with the Florida-Brazil Linkage Institute providing logistical support to students and researchers interested in participating in the program.
