Dr. Rebecca Hanson, LAS core faculty, was recently published in the NACLA Report on the Americas, with the article “Popularity Contests Deepen Venezuela’s Deadly Stalemate.” The article presents information about the country’s recent parliamentary elections amid its political and economic crises, and reactions from some of its citizens.
